The Chef William-Allen Peterson Culinary Arts Foundation is a Charlottesville, Virginia-based IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to making impactful changes in the greater culinary arts community. Investments in public high school, vocational technical trade center (VOTEC) and community college culinary arts students are a win-win for communities, schools and the culinary, food service, hospitality, and restaurant industries. Our corporate partners help us to ensure aspiring culinary arts students from underrepresented communities are better prepared, educated, equipped, trained, and have access to professional networks for successful careers.
